They Might Be Giants and Payless Shoes! Jul 26th 2011, 17:15 That's right, everybody's kindie rock faves They Might Be Giants have a song featured in the latest back-to-school ad for Payless Shoes. "I am a Paleontologist" is a rockin' song about growing up to study prehistoric life, and the tune plays in the foreground as school kids wonder at a bunch of colossal dinosaur fossils in a natural history museum. Red Pants Music and DISNEY/TMBG co-licensed the song "I am a Paleontologist," written by Danny Weinkauf, to Payless Shoes Source for their summer/fall back to school campaign. The song comes from TMBG's album Here Comes Science, one of the best kids' music CDs of 2009. Here's a link to the Payless / They Might Be Giants commercial video.
