Cover art for The Book ThiefPublishers Weekly reported this week that "The Book Thief (Knopf) has just sold two million copies, across multiple formats, in the United States." Have you or your teenagers read it? The Book Thief is an award-winning novel by Marcus Zusak. This unusual novel is set in Germany in 1939. The book is narrated by Death and recommended for mature teens, ages 14-18, as well as adults. The Book Thief is one of an increasing number of books for teens that adults also enjoy reading. Others include The Hunger Games and Twilight.
